Message	I read about the STAR program. This is an enhanced emission testing program that vehicles at random, as well as certain others, are required to pass through. They even test for EGR function. Most older cars have that system inoperable from oily soot accumulation. I don't have any hope my car will pass emissions in CA. Can any of you CA natives elaborate on the subject? Thanks.
